Refund policy

At BreathWise, we value transparency and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund initiation occurs within 3–5 business days

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.


Exchanges / Replacements

We do not offer exchanges.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery details

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
